The Opportunity The Quality Supervisor • Electrical is responsible for leading daily quality operations and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality electrical products and assemblies across Integra Mission Critical's manufacturing environment. This role provides direct leadership to quality personnel while overseeing electrical inspections, testing, audits, and compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, applicable electrical codes, and regulatory expectations.
The Quality Supervisor • Electrical serves as a key partner to Production and Engineering, driving quality performance through team development, process discipline, electrical workmanship standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring electrical products meet design specifications and performance requirements, and fostering a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do - Lead and mentor the Quality Control team, establishing expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Oversee daily quality operations, including electrical inspections, testing, audits, and verification activities, ensuring products meet design specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
- Review electrical assemblies, wiring, components, and workmanship for conformance with drawings, specifications, approved procedures, and applicable electrical codes and standards.
- Verify electrical testing and inspection results, ensuring required testing is completed accurately and documentation is maintained for traceability.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, electrical test records, certifications, nonconformance reports, and other quality records.
- Partner with Electrical Engineering and Production to identify electrical quality risks, resolve design or manufacturing issues, and improve product reliability and consistency.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action efforts related to electrical defects, workmanship issues, component failures, and process deficiencies.
- Monitor electrical quality performance metrics, identify trends, reduce defects and rework, and improve process reliability and throughput.
- Ensure electrical products and processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements, customer specifications, internal standards, and ISO quality requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain the plant's Quality Management System (QMS), including electrical quality processes and documentation.
- Develop and deliver training on electrical quality standards, inspection requirements, workmanship expectations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering to establish and maintain consistent electrical inspection criteria, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts focused on electrical quality, process efficiency, and defect reduction.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and attention to detail throughout the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and business objectives.
Required Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving electrical products, assemblies, or systems.
- 3• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in quality or manufacturing operations.
- Experience supporting electrical inspections, testing, audits, and compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, manufacturing processes, and electrical manufacturing practices.
- Working knowledge of electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, wiring, components, and electrical workmanship standards.
- Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, standards, and customer-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Experience with root cause analysis (RCA), nonconformance management, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Ability to identify electrical quality issues, evaluate defects, and collaborate with Engineering and Production to determine effective corrective actions.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field preferred
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives preferred
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Additional quality certifications (CQE, CQA, etc.) are a plus
