The Opportunity

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading daily quality operations and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products across Integra Mission Critical's manufacturing environment. This role provides direct leadership to quality personnel while overseeing inspections, testing, audits, and compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

The Quality Supervisor serves as a key partner to Production and Engineering, driving quality performance through team development, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the quality management system and fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence.

What you will do?
  • Lead and mentor the Quality Control team, establishing expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Oversee daily quality operations, including inspections, audits, and testing, ensuring products meet specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, certifications, and test records, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action efforts to effectively resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with Production and Engineering to identify quality risks, implement process improvements, and improve product consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics, identify trends, reduce defects, improve throughput, and strengthen process reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, internal, and ISO quality standards.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain the plant's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop and deliver training to reinforce quality standards and best practices across the organization.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and operational objectives/

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
  • 3• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in quality or operations
  • Experience supporting inspections, audits, and compliance programs
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC)
  • Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation
  • Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and focus on results

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field preferred
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives preferred
  • Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
  • Additional quality certifications (CQE, CQA, etc.) are a plus
