This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced hardware environments and can independently lead inspection strategy, nonconformance management, supplier quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across production programs.

You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy while helping define the standards, workflows, and rigor that enable production at scale.
