- 5+ years of experience in on-site construction environments
- Preferred degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of companywide QA/QC Quality Control Plans to ensure consistent quality across projects
- Provide strong leadership in managing QA/QC policies and processes, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
- Champion quality initiatives, including checklists and inspection photo processes, to enhance project quality
- Track and evaluate warranty work to inform and guide future quality improvements across the organization
- Collaborate with VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) to champion the Collaborative Project Planning (CPP) process
- Lead CPP process development and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with quality objectives
- Communicate with owners and design teams on quality matters to ensure all parties are aligned on project quality standards
- Mentor and develop Quality Managers and early career Superintendents to nurture the next generation of construction leaders
- Train teams on quality initiatives and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence
- Continuously improve, refine, and develop QA/QC processes to adapt to new challenges and opportunities
