Full Job Description
POSITION: Quality Manager
LOCATION: Wilmington, IL

SALARY RANGE: $75,000-$95,000

Under appropriate supervision with latitude for independent judgment the Quality Manager reports to the Director of Quality and is responsible for the following. This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this position; they are only the major duties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and implement quality improvement activities and policies
  2. Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements for the Quality Management program
  3. Develop educational/training materials
  4. Provide operational support
  5. Develop and maintain a system for outcomes measurement
  6. Determine if operation is achieving its goals
  7. Develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency
  8. Implement quality systems to ensure that services conform to regulatory requirement
  9. Perform statistical analysis and data analysis.
  10. Assist with quality control audits
  11. Control quality documents (work instructions, referentials, forms, etc.)
  12. Directs document management
  13. Develops WSI work instructions
  14. Maintains all training records
  15. Performs Quality audits
  16. Develops and implements continual improvements
  17. Root cause investigation
  18. Develop Correct and Preventive Actions
  19. Manage quality KOIs
  20. Recognize improvement
  21. Monitor BLR process to ensure client specification
  22. Conducts quality meeting with employees
  23. Monitors, measures, reports and controls quality results
  24. Interface with the client when required
  25. Interface with the client internal auditors
  26. Monitor KOI, dock error, STATS and VAS reports
  27. Respond to monthly red KOIs
  28. Other duties assigned by the Site Manager
  29. Investigate, monitor, document and report on quality and service issues


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Computer skills must include excel, word and email
  2. Communication skills with customers required
  3. Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
  4. Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
