Full Job Description
Position: Quality Manager
Department: Administrative
Reports to: CEO
Exemption Classification: Salary, Non-exempt

What You'll Do
As our Quality Manager, you'll lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our integrated Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS/EMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards while helping the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems across multiple business divisions

2) Serve as the organization's Management Representative and primary liaison with customers, auditors, registrars, and regulatory stakeholders
3) Partner with leaders across the company to strengthen processes, improve performance, and drive operational excellence
4) Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, process maps, and quality documentation
5)Lead internal audit programs and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits
6) Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, audit results, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
7) Champion Lean initiatives including: 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, AND Process Flow Optimization
8) Facilitate management reviews and communicate system performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to executive leadership
9) Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to closure while supporting cross-functional problem solving
10) Promote a culture of quality, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement throughout the organization

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel data analysis and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading internal audit programs
  • Project management experience
  • Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence experience
  • Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 principles and practices
