Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day

You work closely with the Head of GCO Quality Management, the Operational Quality and Risk Management lead, and colleagues from project management, engineering, procurement and supply chain. Your day combines focused work on customer requirements, risks and quality topics with collaborative discussions, workshops and coaching sessions. You review project documentation, support teams in applying Critical to Quality methods, and contribute to decisions that strengthen project execution. Through regular exchanges with stakeholders across locations, you help embed quality, safety and risk awareness into daily project work and development activities.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Responsibility for quality and risk management topics in Global Customer Operations development projects with a strong process focus
  • Establishment of prerequisites for competitive bids and effective project execution across the value chain
  • Promotion of a positive quality and safety culture in line with applicable standards and regulatory requirements
  • Implementation and further development of a comprehensive risk management system across GCO
  • Assurance of customer-focused quality management in engineering and project execution, including systematic nonconformance management
  • Enablement of customer-focused requirements management through the consistent application of Critical to Quality methods and coaching of employees, including contribution to nuclear readiness
What You Bring
  • Completed master's or diploma degree in engineering or industrial engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, procurement or quality management in the energy sector or comparable industries
  • Several years of experience in supplier quality management and auditing
  • Solid knowledge of management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with Quality Manager in Projects certification as an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, intercultural competence and a structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
  • High motivation, openness to change, assertiveness

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
