Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Quality or Engineering with a focus on Quality in Oil & Gas Offshore
• 5+ years of experience with quality continuous improvement programs
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, technical notes, and specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Training in Root Cause Analysis Incident Investigation preferred
• Lean & Six Sigma certification or training preferred
• Document management and control experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing Quality Improvement Plans aimed at Zero Defects and Zero Quality Escapes
• Standardize quality control plans, procedures, and templates across facilities
• Analyze and summarize quality performance data using statistical tools
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing defects to enhance process quality
• Document best practices to reduce quality defects
• Manage Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) processes and perform audits
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to implement quality changes
