Full Job Description
This role focuses on automating platform use cases and identity flows, leading E2E releases, and driving Quality Engineering practices across platforms. Responsibilities include stabilizing and executing automation in non-production environments, addressing flaky tests, contributing to the automation framework, and enabling platform teams to automate their critical use cases and E2E flows.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and break down software requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases
  • Ability to write test cases and conduct testing
  • Test the product and drive resolution of defects
  • Establish and maintain test cases and test data
  • Create and maintain test cases in Rally
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools, such as playwright Test framework, Cucumber Test framework to ensure efficient and accurate testing
  • Execute automated test scripts and report any defects or issues found during testing
  • Conduct regular reviews and inspections of automated test scripts to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Continuously improve the automation testing process by identifying areas for optimization and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in automation testing and incorporate them into the testing process as applicable
  • Actively participate in walkthroughs, inspections, reviews, and user group meetings for quality assurance
  • Collaborate with business users, system analysts, designers, and programmers to create and analyze various project documents
  • Plan, document, evaluate, and track testing results to ensure system applications are defect-free
  • Communicate and interact with relevant teams regarding problems, changes, and enhancements that may impact data, workflow, and functionality within Information Technology software
  • Follow standards and strategies of the agile scrum methodology
  • Analyze and break down software requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience in automation testing, with a strong understanding of test methodologies and best practice
  • 3+ years of experience with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration tools, such as git actions
  • 3+ years of experience in REST API Testing
  • 3+ years of experience using automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, Type Script or C#, for test script development
  • 3+ years of experience working in an agile development environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure or AWS


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Java, TypeScript OR Python programming languages
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Proven knowledge & exposure in AI, GenAI, LLMs, GPT4.0
  • Familiarity with streaming technologies and modern data platforms
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
