Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Science or Engineering)
• 5-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training
• Familiarity with Quality techniques like statistical methods and process control
• Proficient in PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong understanding of engineering change processes and documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct First Article Inspections and final approvals for products
• Lead the Change Control Board (CCB) process to evaluate and approve engineering changes
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination for Requests for Deviation (RFDs) ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Establish and monitor controls for approved deviations and corrective action plans
• Collaborate on Engineering Change Orders (ECO) preparation and impact analysis
• Perform product discrepancy reviews and dispositions through MRB
• Evaluate and relay compliance against manufacturing and supply chain requests
