Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement & Analytics
Associate I - Data Engineering
UST is searching for an Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement & Analytics with experience and knowledge in process improvement, data analysis, and the use of visualization and automation tools. The candidate must be able to use Power BI and Excel to perform data analysis, have experience creating queries, and possess desirable knowledge of Power Apps applications.
The opportunity:
• Process Improvement: Analyze and improve current processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present data using Power BI and Excel.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring delivery within established deadlines and budgets.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

What you need:
• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Process Improvement Experience: Ability to identify, analyze, and improve business processes.
• Data Analysis:
• Power BI: Experience in creating and querying dashboards and interactive reports.
• Excel: Advanced proficiency in analytical functions and tools.
• Queries: Ability to query data in SQL to extract and manipulate data.
• Power Apps: Desirable knowledge of developing enterprise applications with Power Apps.
