Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
• Ability to present technical data in a clear, accessible manner.
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration for powertrain manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in problem-solving with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Understanding of cost studies and strategic planning methodologies.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for process changes and investment needs.
• Understand and manage RFQs, sourcing, technical evaluations, and installations.
• Prioritize and support Non-New Model powertrain program requests to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Assist in all aspects of New Model programs, including site setup and machine installations.
• Monitor flow activities to ensure adherence to scope, timing, and cost metrics.
• Implement Stellantis Industrial System methodology, including advanced SPW tools and problem-solving methods.
• Drive standardization of processes and equipment across multiple plants.
