- Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining enforcing processes across the CHGB portfolio
- Develops solutions to complex technical issues and problems that impact multiple areas or disciplines.
- Communicate with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with customers external to the organization.
- FAI process implementation and verification.
- Review and approve assembly instructions.
- Approve Procurement requisitions.
- Verify data requirements for the PM team.
- Read and understand Drawings and Technical data packages.
- Write Non-conformances and complete RCCA activities. To includes review of those completed by other Quality Engineers.
- Interfaces with Government and PM customer to ensure product compliance on delivery.
- Complete CDRL data requirements.
- Other Duties as assigned by the Quality Program Manager.
- The Candidate must have BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Must be able to solve complex problems, relate with other team members, and communicate with other levels of management.
- Must have knowledge and understanding when reading and interpreting drawings.
- Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100/AS6500 manufacturing environment.
- Candidate must be able to populate handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.
- Candidates must have Computer Skills and can use computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites to execute program requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area at their own expense.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Experience with Government contract and SOW interpretation.
- CDRL Deliveries experience
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
- Previous auditing experience.
- FAI completion experience
- Metrics Tracking experience

Pay Range:Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
