Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor - Electrophoresis
Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)
We're seeking a QC Supervisor, Electrophoresis to join our Quality Control team in Portsmouth, NH. In this leadership role, you'll guide a high-performing team responsible for the testing and release of raw materials, in-process samples, and final drug product lots. Your expertise will help ensure the delivery of accurate, compliant results while fostering a culture of quality, safety, continuous improvement, and patient-focused excellence.
This role follows a Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30PM schedule.

What you will do:
- Lead and support a team of QC analysts to deliver testing activities safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Plan and coordinate laboratory testing to meet manufacturing and customer timelines
- Review and approve quality control documentation and laboratory records
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance
- Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, investigations, and CAPA activities
- Resolve technical, operational, and team-related challenges in a timely manner
- Monitor compliance with cGMP requirements, quality systems, and data integrity standards
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- Experience working within a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment
- Experience leading or mentoring laboratory teams
- Knowledge of electrophoresis testing and quality control laboratory operations
- Experience with quality systems such as LIMS, TrackWise, DMS, or electronic laboratory systems
- Strong troubleshooting, data review, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
