Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of asphalt mix designs and aggregates.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and batching systems.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective communicator to relay technical information to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and support Quality Control staff to enhance performance.
• Establish and standardize processes for product quality testing and corrective actions.
• Develop mix designs that align with customer specifications.
• Manage resource allocation for cost-effective operations and necessary mix designs.
• Engage with customers to influence product applications and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate with plant operators and management regarding quality-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field to meet customer demands.
