Please note that it's not just functional testing. We are looking for good Selenium Automation skills with UI and API testing with exposure towards Java / Nodejs and also Performance Testing experience.
Must be a hands on person
- Demonstrable coding skills in Selenium is a must
- Demonstrable coding skills with JMeter is a must
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python is necessary
- Working knowledge on rest-assured API test automation and BDD/Cucumber
- Should have prior experience of Automation framework development for UI and API testing
- 5-8 years of equivalent experience in related disciplines
- Experience working at a product company, representing the customer, and functionally validating products
- Experience working in high-performing development teams using agile methodologies and tools
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of an agile team that drives user story analysis and elaboration, designs and develops software applications, and tests and builds automation tools.
- Analyse and decompose a complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system.
- Utilize best-of-breed technologies to build a layered, component-based, service-oriented testing architecture over existing Client technologies
- Development of Automation and Testing in a CI/CD environment
- Work with Engineers to drive improvements in code quality via manual and automated Testing.
- Develop Test Plans, Strategies and scheduling of test activity.
- Create and execute Test cases/scripts at any level as required (Unit, Integration, Component Integration, System Integration, Exploratory).
