Position: Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems (Hybrid )
The
Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems is responsible for the overall support of programs as defined by the Volunteers of America program model and funding source standards.
Location: New York, NY 10020
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two years of experience in data quality and data systems
- Demonstrated ability in the areas of written and verbal communication.
- Other necessary skills include training, audit and evaluation data collection and incident management skills.
Supervisory Role:This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems Principal Responsibilities: - Manage, update and distribute agency dashboards
- Monitor and manage the quality assurance help desk.
- Manage, monitor and analyze agency outcomes.
- Review and respond to agency-wide incident reports.
- Training necessary agency workforce on incident identification, writing and reporting.
- Participate and assist in the development of ongoing staff training for the electronic health record.
- Support the AVP of Research & Evaluation and the Senior Director of Research & Evaluation/Corporate Privacy Officer in daily operations.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
