Position Summary

We are seeking a QA Manager to lead our Spanish-speaking Quality Assurance team based in El Salvador. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality assurance operations, ensuring consistent quality standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between the local team and U.S.-based leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong QA fundamentals with excellent client-facing communication skills and fluency in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Spanish-speaking QA team in El Salvador, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance management.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, standards, and workflows to ensure consistent output across the team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the El Salvador QA team and the Founding Partner, ensuring clear and timely communication across time zones and cultures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding quality standards, project status, and issue resolution.
  • Identify quality trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support onboarding and training of QA team members on processes, tools, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to the Founding Partner.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Founding Partner.
  • Work alongside the El Salvador-based Sales Manager to support cross-functional alignment.


Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, with demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a team.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or supervisors preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating across time zones and in a cross-cultural, distributed team environment.

Reporting Structure

This position will report to the Founding Partner and will be responsible for the direct oversight of the QA team and working closely with the Sales Manager based in El Salvador. This position will eventually be reporting to a Sales Manager.
