The Specialist also drives continuous improvement by analyzing trends, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring the integrity of all internal analytics.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to analyze data, identify quality improvement opportunities, and support excellence in manufacturing operations.
- Lead data-driven root cause analyses for quality incidents and non-compliance issues across internal teams.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance systems that track, analyze, and report key quality indicators.
- Oversee advanced analytical methods, tools, and resources to support effective decision-making.
- Conduct ongoing trend analyses to identify emerging patterns and proactively address potential quality risks.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution and drive actionable improvement plans.
- Develop and improve documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with analytical and quality standards.
- Analyze, verify, and document quality data to ensure alignment with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of internal data systems and reporting tools to meet operational and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate accurate product specifications, respond to customer requests and complaints, and support overall quality objectives.
