Pay Range: $70,304-$90,750
What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
• Implement standard manufacturing processes that are safe, efficient, and produce high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Support investigations into safety incidents and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
• Use data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with corporate Safety and Quality Teams to ensure focus on organization priorities.
• Assist with product launches, product spec meetings, and best practice sharing across the network.
• Manage all quality related internal and external plant audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Auditor certification experience is a plus.
• Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Occasional travel (up to 25%) will be required.
