What You'll Do Quality Leadership & Delivery
Manage QA capacity, priorities, assignments, and delivery commitments across an assigned portfolio
Lead and develop Quality Analysts through coaching, training, feedback, and performance management
Review and approve test strategies, coverage, traceability, results, and supporting documentation
Provide release-readiness recommendations and escalate risks when needed
Testing & Quality Oversight
Apply enterprise testing standards, methodologies, and controls across projects
Monitor testing progress, defect trends, quality metrics, and resource utilization
Lead defect prioritization, escalation, and resolution activities across business and technology teams
