Position OverviewAs a Quality Analyst Lead within PNC's Enterprise Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, or Dallas, TX.
Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate QA Engineers. Candidates should have experience with the following:
Core Quality Assurance & Testing Expertise
Experience should include:
Integration Testing: Validating workflow interactions between services, APIs, and system components.
Full QA Cycle Execution: Test planning, test case development, execution, defect logging, and validation.
Regression Testing: Ensuring stability and reliability across releases by identifying unintended functional breaks.
White-Box Testing: Ability to test internal code logic and contribute to more technically deep test scenarios.
Exploratory / "Break the App" Testing: Creative and systematic approaches to uncover edge cases, failure points, and application vulnerabilities.
End-to-End Quality Ownership: Ensuring coverage across functional, technical, and integration layers.
Automation Development & Scripting Skills
Role is primarily automation-focused, with manual testing as needed.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
Automation Anywhere: Designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows/bots.
Scripting & Programming:
Java - for automation frameworks, service-level testing, and reusable testing utilities.
Python - for data manipulation, automation scripts, and rapid test tooling.
Hybrid Test Automation Approaches: Ability to enhance existing testing frameworks and develop new automated test scenarios across UI, API, and integration layers.
Enterprise Tools, Platforms & Process Integration
Experience working within enterprise environments and integrating testing with operational tools:
SharePoint: Managing test documentation, release artifacts, and workflow approvals.
Power Automate: Building workflow automations to support QA processes, notifications, and approvals.
Collaborative QA Operations: Working with cross-functional teams (development, product, operations) to ensure quality standards, traceability, and readiness for production release.

- Facilitates or leads training on quality tools and skills.
