QE Lead Payments (Onshore)
Required Skills
• Quality Engineering (QE) experience.
• Experience coordinating activities between Onshore and Offshore teams.
• API Testing experience (.NET APIs preferred).
• Automation Testing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Product Vendors and Application Teams.
Good to Have Skills
• Experience with Azure technologies.
• Banking domain experience.
• Functional knowledge of payments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Quality Engineering activities for payment processing and payment modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate testing activities across Onshore and Offshore teams.
• Design and execute API testing strategies for .NET-based services.
• Develop and maintain automation test solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Vendors, Application Teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Support defect management, test planning, and test execution activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QE processes and practices.
