QA/QC ENGINEER

Full-Time • Aerospace Manufacturing • On-Site

Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 Annually

Exempt | No Supervisory Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Huntington Beach, CA. In this role, you will be a key player in upholding the quality of our products - from incoming components all the way through final assembly. You will work alongside Engineering and Production teams to solve problems, champion quality standards, and shape processes that keep our operations running at their best.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with Engineering and Production to deliver high-quality, reliable products on schedule and within budget
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to resolve quality issues quickly and permanently
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure components and assemblies meet specifications
• Review, update, and create assembly procedures, acceptance test procedures, SOPs, schematics, and technical drawings
• Drive in-line QA processes and participate in product testing to continuously improve production flow
• Collaborate with internal fabrication and assembly teams as well as external vendors and suppliers
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of quality management systems

WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience
• 4+ years of Quality Control experience, with 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of electronics, mechanical systems, and production processes
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and gauges
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, on-site position in a warehouse and production facility. The role involves a blend of hands-on floor work and desk-based tasks. Candidates should be comfortable in an environment with moderate noise, variable temperatures, and fluorescent lighting. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs is required.
