What You'll Own- Own manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and product releases.
- Create and execute clear test plans, test cases, and regression testing processes.
- Perform functional, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing across the product.
- Test frontend workflows, APIs, integrations, authentication, permissions, and data accuracy.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer Success to identify risks and edge cases early.
- Reproduce, document, and track bugs with clear steps, expected behavior, and supporting details.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure changes do not introduce regressions.
- Help improve QA processes, release readiness standards, and overall product quality.
What We're Looking For- Experience manually testing web-based software products.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
- Experience testing frontend applications, APIs, integrations, and complex user workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases and inconsistencies.
- Ability to use browser developer tools, inspect network activity, and troubleshoot issues with engineers.
- Experience with bug-tracking and test-management tools.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize testing efforts, and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with modern web applications built with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and React is a plus.
