Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Automation Tester with 7+ years of experience in automation testing, with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, developing automation scripts, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Design and execute test cases based on application requirements and business processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to investigate and resolve defects.
• Support automation frameworks and contribute to improving automated testing processes.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and integrate automated testing into delivery workflows.
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in relevant QA and development activities.
• Apply Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) principles and established defect management processes.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Experience designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience with defect identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
• Experience working with automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience testing Workday recruitment processes.
