Role :- QA Automation Engg
Location:- Parsippany NJ (Hybrid onsitefrom day 1)Job Description: The QA Analyst executes Software Quality Assurance (QA) processes. He/She identifies problems. He/She collaborates effectively with QA team members, application developers, software vendors, consultants, user communities, and test environment technical support staff in the execution of testing procedures for applications of medium to high complexity .The QA Analyst is knowledgeable of the key processes and technology within the business functions he/she supports.
The QA Analyst will demonstrate understanding of implementation objectives, project plan, and one's role within a project; participates in the implementation of a project; provides timely, thorough and concise updates for area of responsibility; identifies areas of risk and properly communicates them to the QA Lead.
Mandatory Skills:- At least 4 years of Software Testing Experience
- Ability to develop and execute test cases ensuring traceability to user stories, features and epics.
- Ability to identify and clearly document bugs and follow up on their resolution.
- Ability to quickly understand complex initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented, self-starter
Desired Skills:- Knowledge of SAfe Agile Framework
- Mainframe testing knowledge is a plus.
- Automation knowledge using Selenium
- Familiarity with performance testing
- TFS
- MS Office
