Job Summary The Python Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services. The role requires strong expertise in Python, SQL, AWS cloud services, REST APIs, API integration, and microservices architecture. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure applications meet security, scalability, and reliability standards. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services. • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions. • Build, integrate, and support RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. • Leverage AWS services to design and deploy cloud-native solutions. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance issues. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices. • Implement security, scalability, and reliability standards across applications. • Support microservices-based application development and API integration. Required Qualifications • 6-8+ years of software development experience. • Strong proficiency in Python development. • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases. • Experience working with AWS cloud services. • Strong experience with REST APIs and API integration. • Experience with microservices architecture. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Familiarity with cloud security and application performance optimization.
