Job Summary The Senior Axiom Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory reporting solutions using Axiom, with a strong focus on FFIEC031, FRY-9C, and FR2052a reporting. The role requires knowledge of Basel III and Federal Reserve reporting, along with strong DevSecOps expertise and hands-on experience building AWS-based ETL pipelines. The position will also support architectural re-platforming, end-to-end module implementation, data lineage, cloud security, and modern engineering practices. Key Responsibilities • Develop and support Axiom solutions specifically for FFIEC031, FRY-9C, and FR2052a regulatory reporting. • Apply knowledge of Basel III requirements and Federal Reserve reporting processes. • Build and maintain AWS-based ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and Amazon S3. • Manage end-to-end data processing, transformation, and loading workflows. • Work with Snowflake and PostgreSQL for data storage, querying, integration, and processing. • Perform architectural re-platforming as a mandatory prerequisite before implementing new modules. • Lead end-to-end implementation of new Axiom modules. • Establish and maintain data lineage across reporting and data processing workflows. • Apply DevSecOps practices throughout development and deployment activities. • Implement cloud security best practices within AWS-based solutions. • Manage Git workflows, branching strategies, and branch management processes. • Apply architecture and engineering best practices to solution design and implementation. • Collaborate across technical teams to support architecture, development, data processing, and implementation activities. Required Qualifications • 7-10+ years of relevant experience. • Prior hands-on Axiom development experience specifically supporting FFIEC031, FRY-9C, and FR2052a reporting. • Strong knowledge of Basel III and Federal Reserve reporting. • Strong DevSecOps expertise and experience applying DevSecOps practices to enterprise solutions. • Hands-on experience building AWS-based ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and Amazon S3. • Strong experience with end-to-end data processing, transformation, and loading. • Proficiency with Snowflake and PostgreSQL for data storage, querying, and integration. • Experience with architectural re-platforming and architecture best practices. • Experience implementing new modules end-to-end. • Knowledge of data lineage and data traceability. • Experience with cloud security practices. • Strong understanding of Git workflows and branch management.
