Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Familiarity with Battery & E-motor product and assembly process is a plus.
• Extensive experience in special machine design, manufacturing, and commissioning.
• Team management experience is needed.
• Preferred experience with Comau Solutions (standard and special applications).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through final acceptance at the customer's facility.
• Manage mechanical technical aspects of projects.
• Plan engineering timelines and allocate resources effectively.
• Analyze risks identified during the proposal phase and implement recovery actions.
• Address manufacturing phase failures and define corrective measures.
• Establish project guidelines and specifications.
• Collaborate with R&D for standard applications and novel solutions.
• Standardize lessons learned from previous projects to improve ongoing operations.
• Define the scope of 'Make and Buy' components for project supply.
• Act as the technical liaison for customer Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
• Oversee internal ECR, cost, and timing optimization efforts.
• Contribute to design reviews to ensure quality and team alignment.
• Compile customer specifications, final documentation, and provide operator training.
• Deliver technical reports at project closure focusing on lessons and optimizations.
• Evaluate the performance of project team members during closure phases.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and aim for high technical satisfaction.
