POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for maximizing the value of goods and/or services purchased from external suppliers in support of Kodak Alaris businesses. Will interface with internal clients, to define requirements and specification for goods/services, identify and evaluate appropriate sourcing options and award contracts / orders as required. This position will have part time responsibility for Purchasing Operations, Compliance and Data Management efforts.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies
- Build effective working relationships with the global business team members (product management, development, manufacturing, marketing, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.)
- Lead Supplier evaluation, assessment and sourcing (including Request for Quote) processes
- Integrate best practice sourcing / procurement and contracting process to insure that Kodak requirements are met while obtaining optimal price, quality, delivery, and support
- Drive Supplier relationship management, performance tracking/reporting. Identify and implement long term, total cost reduction and spend management opportunities.
- Market / Product analysis and benchmarking; cost analysis
- Negotiate supplier contracts / orders covering requirements, price, and contract terms and conditions
- Utilize ERP systems to manage all aspects of the purchasing process
- Planning for contract Mfg./forecasting monthly work to outside supplier

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS- Broad commodity experience and transportability between various commodities and responsibilities is preferred
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS- BS in Operations, Engineering or Business Management; MBA preferred
- 3+ years experience
Compensation: $96,000 -$135,000 based on experience
