Full Job Description
As a PR Manager on the Marketing team in our New York City office, you'll play a vital role in building and amplifying our external message, building and owning a pipeline of news, articulating our message in clear ways, earning accolades, supporting executive speaking engagements and more. You'll be a strategic bridge between our technology and compelling media narratives that drive brand authority and trust. Ultimately, you'll own an 'always on' PR program for our U.S. market.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
• 4+ years of experience in public relations, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
• Knowledge of adtech basics and the media landscape that covers it.
• Strong writing acumen and ability to translate complex topics into simple to understand language for advertisers, publishers, partners, and reporters.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and globally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent project management and organization skills with an eye for detail.
• Data-driven mindset, ability to produce results and show tangible metrics.
Bonus points if you have:
• Existing connections within adtech or business publications that are relevant to our business.
• Familiarity with newer, influencer-driven outlets like podcasts and substacks within the adtech industry.
• Knowledge of how generative AI tools can aid in PR processes.
How you'll make an impact:
• Collaborate internally with product marketing, account managers, and sellers, you will identify and introduce impactful stories to the market. This includes product launches, client wins, and leveraging internal data for trade and mainstream publications.
• Coordinate and facilitate executive press interviews.
• Create key PR assets like press releases, pitches, media briefings, coverage reports and analyses, with language that resonates for our audiences.
• Become an expert on our offerings and data, constantly thinking of new ways to tell stories that drive PR results.
• Support global launches, collaborating with regional teams to source relevant context to inform US PR narrative.
• Partner with social media, content and creative teams to amplify earned coverage across channels.
• Submit for industry awards and speaking opportunities, keeping updated on new opportunities, working with internal teams to source information and earn opportunities.
• Maintain and update media lists, coverage trackers, press room and reporting dashboards.
The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base Salary Pay Range
$100,000-$116,000 USD
