Summary

You will serve as a Public Private Venture Project Manager in the Asset Management Business Line of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

Duties

Help

  • You will exercise responsibility to effect planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and oversite of public private venture projects.
  • You will lead project development including financial modeling, proposal evaluation, negotiation, construction, property management, and overall business execution.
  • You will conduct on-site liaison reviews of new initiatives and projects to decern their effectiveness and devise follow-up action as necessary.
  • You will collect status information on all assigned projects and provide briefs to higher authorities.
  • You will assist in developing and executing the annual public private venture project budgets.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing highly complex projects requiring negotiating and solving conflicts in policy and objectives; 2) Planning long-term projects ensuring all requisite statutory and regulatory approvals are followed; 3) Providing direction to personnel on project actions that have political, financial, legal, or other significant impact; AND 4) Communicating with the private and public sector regarding capital financing techniques, real estate options, construction methodologies, and business strategies.
