Full Job Description
About the role and what you'll be doing:

Ensono's Cloud Consultancy team is expanding to meet increasing client demand for complex, high-value cloud transformation projects, ranging from traditional lift-and-shift migrations to advanced platform modernization (VM to PaaS or serverless). We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our AWS team, delivering thought leadership and high-quality solutions for enterprise clients leveraging AWS public cloud.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client engagements from initial technical scoping through hands-on implementation of AWS environments. You will serve as a technical authority within the consultancy team, providing expertise and guidance to both clients and colleagues. The role also includes supporting internal innovation projects to develop new AWS capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design workshops and articulate AWS product capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create solution design documentation and deliver technical presentations.
  • Scope projects and design solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor and upskill team members; serve as technical escalation point.
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize AWS environments and solutions.
  • Support integration, testing, and troubleshooting of AWS solutions.
  • Provide technical governance and oversight for client engagements.
  • Conduct peer reviews of technical documentation.
  • Define and maintain technical standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to product development and internal capability building.
  • Lead and execute migration projects involving servers and applications from private cloud or on-premises environments to AWS public cloud, including assessment, planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Ensure successful migration of mission-critical workloads, including re-platforming, re-hosting, and modernization as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop migration strategies, perform readiness assessments, and deliver seamless transitions to AWS.
  • Work effectively as part of an international team, collaborating across multiple time zones and cultures to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Leverage and encourage the use of AI-powered tools and solutions in daily work to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. That's why we've outlined the job requirements below. To be considered for this role, it's important that you meet all Required Qualifications. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.
