Psychologist

Torrance, CA - Prefer candidates within 20-30 miles of Torrance

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Role Summary

We are actively interviewing for a full-time Psychologist to join our team in Torrance, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals (most often pediatric) with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reviews of psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Ensure that behavioral and psychological information is integrated into a multi-disciplinary report and prescriptive plan to support individuals in achieving self-sufficiency and maximizing their potential.
  • Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services.
  • Train and mentor staff and community service providers.

Required Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Psychology and active California Psychologist License.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities - Preferably pediatric experience
  • Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments, including competency evaluations
  • Training and/or experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) highly desired.
