What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established team of 5 physicians and 8 APPs
- Call structure: No telephone/overnight call required for NP staff; shared weekend coverage approx. 1 in 7 weekends
- Practice setting: Mixed (Inpatient, Outpatient, Partial Hospital, and Intensive Outpatient)
- Access to: Sunrise Clinical Manager, Athena EMR, therapeutic day school, and school-based behavioral health services
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Drive patient-centered behavioral health care by managing a dynamic clinical schedule that spans comprehensive outpatient evaluations, medication management, and active inpatient rounding
- Enhance multidisciplinary treatment outcomes by collaborating with medical staff, participating in treatment team planning, and guiding holistic care across the life span

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
