Overview

The Proposal Manager will support the sales teams in the RFP (Request for Proposal) process.

Responsibilities
  • HandlesRFPs involving multiple products and projects that have been deemed qualified through a screening process
  • Developsa response to the RFP, utilizing technical skills and knowledge to address all aspects of the proposal
  • Managesthe proposal process, ensuring that the team providesaccurate and timely responses
  • Workswith the various departments within the organization to coordinate responses
  • Workson setting up an RFP repository and RFP templates
  • Providesanswers to technical questions within the RFP and workswith vendor tools, specialists and sales engineers to develop the content for the proposal
Qualifications

  • Previous RFP and proposal process experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required
