Job DescriptionRepresents CDE with clients to create proposal schedule, compliance matrix, and outline; manages all activities in the development and revision of proposals; responsible for selection, training, motivation and performance of support personnel; works closely with Capture Manager; supports Contracting during negotiations as needed.
QualificationsBachelor's degree; 5 years experience managing government proposals; Industry training on and use of the government proposal process; Experience with file sharing and version control tools; Expert-level use of MS Word
