Responsibilities, Requirements, and Total RewardsWhat You'll Be DoingAs a valuable part of our
Marketing & Communications Team, a
Proposal & Content Management Specialist will support a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience with responsibilities such as:
- Provide support in the development, coordination, and production of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and related collateral materials
- Create, maintain, and manage staff resumes, project write-up, and other related collateral materials
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of proposal resources, templates, and content libraries to improve efficiency and consistency
- Work on long-term projects and strategic initiatives, as assigned, that support team and firm objectives.
What You'll Need - At least 5 years of experience leading the development and production of proposals (candidates with fewer years or more years of experience are encouraged to apply, as we have multiple career tracks for proposal specialists)
- A BA or BS degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or another related field
- Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent writing, collaboration, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple deadline-driven assignments
