As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including vendor management, marketing, leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
• Oversee leasing activities and ensure timely rent collection
• Manage deposit accounting, accounts payable, and financial reporting
• Foster positive resident relations and respond promptly to inquiries
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision of property staff
• Administer contracts, property budgets, and payroll accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a property manager of 250+ units
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Yardi & Rent Café
• Experience with AvidXchange is a plus
• Proven excellence in customer service and resident relations
• Bilingual skills are an advantage
• Ability to pass credit, criminal, and drug background checks
