You will be the Property Analyst Sr for the Property Management team. Our team is responsible for property accountability, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation throughout the property lifecycle.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Property Analyst Sr you will be responsible for performing property control analysis, managing accountability from acquisition through disposition, and ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and corporate policies.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct property control analysis and maintain accountability of company, government, or contractor property.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve regulatory compliance issues with customers and oversight agencies.
- Develop Basis of Estimates and provide justification support during proposal phases.
- Identify property-related risks and contractual requirements pre- and post-award.
- Provide guidance and training on business system processes, laws, and regulations.

Basic QualificationsExperience with hand held scanning systems and barcode data management.
Ability to work independently.
Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
Must be able to use a computer and possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of software and SAP S4 Hanna.
Strong written and verbal communication skills related to customer interaction, strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
Strong problem solving abilities.
Desired SkillsSkilled in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
Excellent communicator, and attention to details.
Have a Certification from National Property Management Association.
Experienced in use of new 1LMX system; SAP S4 Hanna.
Familiar with FAR/DFAR asset-management requirements.
Candidate needs to have previous experience in the compressive small site Asset Management responsibilities.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
