Full Job Description
As the Project Specialist - Creative Strategy, you support the coordination and execution of projects across the global Creative organization. You help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to creative initiatives by partnering closely with teams across Design, Advanced Concepts, Colour, Graphics and Footwear, Athletes Initiatives, and regional creative hubs, including North Vancouver, Portland, and Tokyo. In this role, you help teams stay aligned, ensure projects stay on track, and move ideas forward with excellence. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. (3-4 days in office) You will work closely with teams across the global Creative organization, supporting projects and initiatives that connect design, storytelling, product creation, athlete insights, and creative innovation. As part of the Global Creative Strategy and PMO team, you will help enable collaboration, communication, and operational excellence across multiple creative functions and regions. If you were the Project Specialist, Creative Strategy now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing: - Supporting the coordination and execution of projects across the global Creative organization - Maintaining project trackers, timelines, meeting notes, action items, and status updates across multiple workstreams - Coordinating cross-functional meetings, workshops, and project check-ins across global teams and time zones - Helping drive communication and alignment across Design, Advanced Concepts, Footwear, Athlete Insights, and regional creative teams - Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, leadership updates, and creative project documentation - Assisting with the organization of design reviews, athlete insights sessions, creative offsites, and global meetings - Building and maintaining shared templates, project resources, calendars, and documentation across the Creative organization - Tracking project progress, identifying risks or delays, and contributing to a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement - Travel as required - bi-annually (academies, offsites, Squamish, mammoth, islands) - local, Canada/NAM Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future: - Serving as a liaison to multiple functions within the global organization, including teams across Creative, Development, Merchandising, Brand, Legal and Finance teams - 8-24 months, gain confidence, experience and knowledge on how to self-sustain, guide and facilitate projects internally across the global organization Are you our next Project Specialist, Creative Strategy? - You have completed a post-secondary degree in business, communications, design, operations, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of experience in project management, business consulting, coordination, operations, creative production, consulting, or a related field - You are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced and evolving environment - You are driven, curious, and excited by the opportunity to work within a world-class global creative environment and you are motivated by driving projects forward - You understand that performance is built through preparation, consistency, accountability, and attention to detail, much like a high-performing athlete - You bring energy, humility, resilience, and a strong desire to learn and grow alongside exceptional teams - You are someone who can visualize a continuous improvement on everything that we do - You are comfortable working on complex, long-term projects, across new and emerging technologies - You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and time management skills - You communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally - You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment - You are motivated by high standards and take pride in delivering thoughtful, accurate, and high-quality work - You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams and time zones - You are confident using Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and project management platforms (Power Bi, Monday.com and Smartsheet) - You are curious, driven, and energized by the opportunity to support world-class creative teams - You understand that exceptional work is built through consistency, preparation, accountability, and attention to detail - You bring a positive attitude, strong ownership mentality, and willingness to learn and grow Compensation: The salary range for this role is CAD$70,000 - CAD$92,000 Total Rewards Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc'teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
