Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 6-10 years of project scheduling experience, including baseline schedule development and compliance audits.
• Knowledge of construction practices and sequencing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Primavera scheduling software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project schedules using best practices and team insights.
• Update project schedules per company and industry standards; communicate results and suggest actions.
• Review project changes for scheduling impacts and assist with change notices.
• Ensure compliance of project schedules with company procedures and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports for management and project teams.
• Provide guidance on scheduling software to users.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain personal and team safety.
