About this Role Mid-Level & Senior Scheduler/Planners Primavera P6 | Critical Path | EVM | EPC QISG is looking for mid-level and senior Schedulers/Planners to support U.S.-based EPC and construction projects nationwide, with a focus on utilities, renewable energy and energy infrastructure. We’re looking for experienced scheduling professionals who can take ownership of project schedules, understand and manage the critical path, apply Earned Value Management (EVM), analyze schedule performance and partner with project teams to keep complex projects moving. Location: Remote — Nationwide, U.S.-basedTravel: Up to 40% domestic, depending on project needs What You'll Do • Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects • Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies • Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams • Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies • Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives • Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement • Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards What You'll Bring Mid-level and Senior professionals with strong experience in: • Primavera P6 • CPM scheduling and critical path analysis • Earned Value Management (EVM) • Cost- and resource-loaded schedules • EPC, utility, construction or large-scale infrastructure projects • Schedule forecasting and risk analysis • Linear Scheduling / LSM is a plus • TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk or similar tools are a plus Experience supporting Transmission & Distribution, Substation, Power Generation, Renewable Energy or other complex EPC projects is highly valued.
