The
Project Scheduler I is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing and engineering projects across Holtec International's Advanced Manufacturing Division (AMD). The Project Scheduler I assists with the development, maintenance, and analysis of detailed project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company objectives. This role serves as a key coordination point between manufacturing, engineering, procurement, quality, and project management teams to support efficient project execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Regularly update project schedules based on input from manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to accurately reflect project progress and scope changes.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and schedule commitments.
- Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly project status reports, including schedule variances, potential delays, and resource constraints.
- Support integration of Primavera P6 schedules with Holtec's internal shop instruction software for live schedule updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather scheduling data and maintain effective communication regarding project status and priorities.
- Apply basic Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to support baseline schedule development and project performance analysis.
- Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain organized records of schedule revisions, baseline updates, and project correspondence.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work in a timely fashion with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. As well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project scheduling, project management, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
- Experience or familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other project scheduling software preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or the energy/nuclear industry preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Compensation:- Annual compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $85,000 - $100,000.
