  • Establish schedule baselines, basis of schedule documentation, progress measurement methods, update cycles, and governance procedures in alignment with project controls requirements and AACE recommended practices.
  • Perform critical path, float, variance, what-if, and time impact analyses to identify schedule threats and opportunities and recommend mitigation or recovery actions.
  • Coordinate schedule inputs with engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, vendors, and operations to produce realistic sequencing and milestone commitments.
  • Prepare schedule narratives, dashboards, milestone reports, look-aheads, and management presentations that clearly communicate status, forecast completion dates, risks, and required actions.
  • Review schedule quality and integrity, including logic, constraints, progress accuracy, and reasonableness of durations, in support of management decision-making.
  • Support change management by assessing the schedule impact of scope changes, delays, and emergent work, and maintaining proper baseline and revision control utilizing schedule change logs.
