Position Description As our Project Scheduler, you9ll be a champion for best practices in technology, helping our teams adopt scheduling tools, digital workflows, and best practices that drive efficiency and collaboration across projects.
What You9ll Do - Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6, including baselines, look-aheads, and recovery schedules.
- Identify and track critical paths, key milestones, and logic-based sequencing to keep projects on target.
- Partner with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure schedules reflect field realities.
- Lead scheduling meetings and workshops to align teams and drive accountability.
- Analyze impacts from delays, scope changes, or modifications and recommend recovery strategies.
- Serve as a technology resource, training and mentoring staff on scheduling tools and workflows.
- Produce clear schedule reports, dashboards, and visuals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support preconstruction efforts by creating preliminary schedules for bids and proposals.
- Stay ahead of emerging construction technology and identify opportunities to optimize workflows
What We9re Looking For - Bachelor9s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of scheduling experience.
- Expertise in Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods.
- Field experience in construction and/or working with a general contractor/construction manager is preferred.
- Confident in teaching, mentoring, and presenting schedule concepts to project teams.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
