Position Description

As our Project Scheduler, you9ll be a champion for best practices in technology, helping our teams adopt scheduling tools, digital workflows, and best practices that drive efficiency and collaboration across projects.

What You9ll Do
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6, including baselines, look-aheads, and recovery schedules.
  • Identify and track critical paths, key milestones, and logic-based sequencing to keep projects on target.
  • Partner with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure schedules reflect field realities.
  • Lead scheduling meetings and workshops to align teams and drive accountability.
  • Analyze impacts from delays, scope changes, or modifications and recommend recovery strategies.
  • Serve as a technology resource, training and mentoring staff on scheduling tools and workflows.
  • Produce clear schedule reports, dashboards, and visuals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support preconstruction efforts by creating preliminary schedules for bids and proposals.
  • Stay ahead of emerging construction technology and identify opportunities to optimize workflows


What We9re Looking For

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling or stretching.
  • Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Legs: Must be able to climb stairs.
  • Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use
  • Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination
  • Hearing: Sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone and radio; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment
  • Speech: Sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio
  • Lift/Carry: Up to 50lbs.
  • Bending/Twisting: Minimal
  • Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: Minimal
  • May require travel.
