Full Job Description
The Department of Medicine is seeking a Project Policy Analyst to lead strategic program and operational initiatives that support the department's research and administrative mission. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing complex projects while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will oversee program planning and implementation, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, develop strategic plans, manage communications, supervise and train staff, oversee budgets and financial activities, support grant development, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives. Working both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Project Policy Analyst will thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with UCLA, state, and federal policies and regulations. This position is ideal for a collaborative leader with strong project management, operational, and strategic planning experience who enjoys driving process improvements and advancing high-impact initiatives Annual range: $90,720.00-$194,040.00
