Required Skills- Project management experience, including project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Skills- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including its business environment, key stakeholders, and the factors that influence product development and delivery.
- Product Development Experience: Understanding of product development lifecycles and experience supporting the evaluation, design, implementation, or operationalization of new products and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Business Knowledge: Familiarity with how Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Sales, and other business functions collaborate to evaluate and deliver new products or strategic initiatives.
- Organizational Knowledge: Understanding of the organization's business model, products, processes, and ways of working.
- Internal Tools and Systems: Experience with internal project management, collaboration, documentation, workflow, or reporting tools used to support product development and project delivery.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
