Full Job Description
Project Monitor Analyst
The Opportunity:

Provide grants management support to a U.S. Department of Energy client supporting the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program. Work with a team to support all aspects of the grant management lifecycle, including solicitation, procurement, project initiation, and monitoring through closeout. Monitor project performance, reviewing cost, schedule, and milestones. Prepare technical evaluations of reporting requirement submissions and provide written reports and briefs to illustrate status and accomplishments. Provide both desktop and on-site monitoring support. Support a program providing funding to local governments, states, territories, and Tribes to implement strategies that reduce fossil fuel emissions, reduce total energy use, and improve energy efficiency across the transportation, building, and other sectors.

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience program or grants management support to a government organization
  • Experience with federal grants management
  • Experience with project management activities, including schedule management, project financial management, quality management, or scope management
  • Knowledge of federal financial assistance statutes and regulations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
